Today we released version 2.1.1 of the ISPProtect Malware Scanner.
This version now supports the use of PHP 8.0 and 8.1, and the thread support we introduced in version 2.0 is now included in the current stable version.
Furthermore, several new malware detection signatures have been added to provide our customers with an even better result.
It should be noted that we have switched from ionCube to SourceGuardian in this version. Normally, this change should not be noticeable to customers.
It may be necessary to use an older PHP version for the ispp_scan --update
command, e.g. via PHP=/usr/bin/php7.4 ispp_scan --update
. Alternatively, the latest version can be downloaded manually from the website and installed.
